I actually think you could argue Gasol wasn't a winner. He had to grow into it. Compare how he played in his first Finals versus the last two. He had to become one. You really couldn't use the Fisher comparison in Utah because he hit big shots to advance them into the playoffs while there and already had rings in LA, and without him they don't even make the Finals once at least.
